Walk-in urgent care in Milan

For problems that can't wait for your GP but aren't an emergency. Walk in, get triaged by a nurse and see a doctor, with an X-ray or lab tests in the same visit if you need them.

Open 7 days a week Milan City Centre · Milan Navigli Italian and English

In an Italian emergency department, white and green triage codes (non-urgent cases) can wait for hours, because serious cases rightly come first. VitalNexa is built for exactly these cases: acute problems that aren't life-threatening but still deserve a visit today.

The doctor who sees you has digital X-ray, a lab and rapid tests in the same building. A suspected fracture, tonsillitis or a urinary infection can be diagnosed and treated in a single visit.

Chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke or major trauma: call 112 straight away.

How it works

  1. Walk in or request a slot

Come straight to the clinic, or send us a request online to cut your wait.

  2. Triage and examination

A nurse checks your vital signs and priority, then a doctor examines you.

  3. Tests and treatment on the spot

X-ray, lab tests or wound care in the same visit. You leave with a diagnosis, treatment plan and report.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment?

No. You can walk in at any time during opening hours. If you prefer, send a request from the Book page: we call you back with the time that has the shortest wait.

When should I go to A&E instead?

Call 112 straight away for chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke (drooping face, slurred speech, weakness on one side), loss of consciousness, heavy bleeding or major trauma. For anything urgent but not serious, come to us.

Can you give me a sick note for work?

Yes. When your condition justifies it, the doctor sends the sick certificate online to INPS (the Italian social security agency) and gives you the protocol number for your employer.

Do you see children?

Yes, we see patients of all ages. Babies under 3 months with a fever should always go to a paediatric emergency department.
