If you prefer, you can collect a printed copy at the clinic with photo ID or a signed authorisation.

A link and personal code, never medical details in the message.

Payments and invoices

You pay at the end of your visit, only for the services actually provided.

Payment methods

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, or cash. Bank transfer for companies and treatment packages.

19% tax deduction

Italian taxpayers can deduct 19% of medical costs paid by a traceable method. Keep your invoice: we also send it to the Tessera Sanitaria system for your pre-filled tax return, unless you opt out.

Invoices and copies

Your invoice is emailed straight after payment. For a copy, write to [email protected].

Indicative prices

Write to us before your visit with the name of your fund or policy: we check your cover and tell you which documents you need, such as a doctor's prescription.

Frequently asked questions

Can I come without an appointment?

Yes. For urgent care, blood tests and certificates you can walk in to either clinic at any time during opening hours. For primary care, weight loss, men's health and regenerative treatments we recommend booking.

Should I come to you or go to A&E?

If the problem is urgent but not life-threatening, such as a fever, a sprain or a cut that needs stitches, come to us and be seen quickly. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke or serious injuries, call 112.

Are medical costs tax-deductible?

Yes. Italian taxpayers can deduct 19% of medical costs in their tax return when paying by a traceable method (card or bank transfer). We always issue a medical invoice and send it to the Tessera Sanitaria system for your pre-filled tax return.

Do you accept health insurance?

We work with a number of Italian supplementary health funds and international insurers, either billing directly or with you claiming reimbursement. Contact us before your visit with your insurer's name and we'll check your cover and the paperwork you need.

Do your doctors speak English?

Yes. Every visit can be in Italian or English, and we can prepare reports and certificates in English on request.

What should I bring?

Photo ID, your Italian health card if you have one, a list of your current medication and any recent test results. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
