VitalNexa was founded in Milan for people who need to be seen today but don't have an emergency: too soon to wait for their GP, not serious enough for A&E.
Why we exist
Finding a same-day doctor in Milan isn't easy. People with a high fever, a sprain or a cut often end up in A&E, where non-urgent cases face long waits, rightly so, because serious cases come first.
We built a clinic that brings together urgent care, primary care, a lab and X-ray, with doctors working together from one medical record. Someone who comes in for an urgent problem can stay with us for ongoing care.
Our name
Vital, as in life and vital signs. Nexa, from nexus: the point where things connect. The X in our logo is that crossing point, between today's urgent need and tomorrow's health.

Our medical team
General practitioners and emergency doctors, internists, occupational and sports medicine doctors, nurses and radiographers. All our doctors are registered with the Italian Medical Council and take part in continuing medical education.
Many of us have worked in emergency departments and hospital wards: we know when a problem can be managed in the clinic and when it needs a hospital, and if so we send you to the right place straight away.
